Note: you have 14 days from receipt of your item in which to return you item whether exchange or refund. All customers must complete and insert the return slip when returning their items. If you have lost your return slip please use our contact form to get in touch and we can send you another.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your order for a new size or a new item, please return the original item and follow the returns process and place a new order separately of the item you require
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact our customer services team here email@example.com. We will notify you on how to proceed with your return.
Please ensure your returned items are packed securely to avoid them being damaged on the way! We recommend you return items tracked as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must enclose the packing slip with your return to allow the team to match your return with your order.
