- Item must be returned within 14 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time
- Then returned item must be in its original condition and unworn
- The returned item must not have any tags/swing tickets removed
- The returned items must be in its original packaging
- The returned item must have a valid proof of purchase in the return
- We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. Our returns process can take 7 to 10 days working days
- All Item(s) must be unused, clothing should be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted - if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you without refund
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons. There are no exceptions
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- The responsibility of the returned parcel is the customers up until Whsky Label has acknowledged that the package has been received into our offices
- If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your item is received, usually within a week, however this may take longer depending on how you returned you item to us
- We recommend you always return items tracked for your proof of return
- Please allow 5 business days to process your return upon receipt
- You will receive a confirmation email when this is done
- Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order
- After this, it may take up to another 10 business days for the money to get back to your payment method, as this depends on the banks processes
- At certain times of the year, such as Christmas and public holidays, the processing time may be longer
- If your item is faulty, please complete and include the returns form with your goods when sending it back to us. Please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items. This will be done once the return has been processed

- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure your returned items are packed securely to avoid them being damaged on the way! We recommend you return items tracked as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must enclose the packing slip with your return to allow the team to match your return with your order.
Can I exchange an order?
- Please note that we do not offer exchanges
- If you'd like to exchange your order for a new size or a new item, please return the original item and follow the returns process and place a new order separately of the item you require
Can I amend / cancel my order?
- Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we can't change the order.
This includes the following:
- Changing the item / size
- Delivery/ billing address
- Adding other items to your order
- Shipping address / method
- Once your order is processed, cancellations will follow the usual returns procedure.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
- If in the rare event you receive a faulty item, please return to us within 30 days’ of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning and provide full details.
